1. Consultation
Each project begins with a consultation either by phone or in person. In our first meeting, this is not only an opportunity for you to see the collection of work but it is also a chance for us to get to know you and your event tastes, style and individual personality. Design is done to your specifications only. We find it most helpful for you to tell us all about your special occasion. What is your color or theme? Any little detail that will help us understand the dream that will soon be a reality on your upcoming day.

2. Concepts and 1st Payment
At this time you should also provide any information wanted to be included in the design of your project (i.e. wording of your invitation/announcement text, images that will be used, etc.). A worksheet is filled-out to gather all information. The concepts that we have talked about will be presented with estimates cost. This estimates will include all costs including design, paper, printing and other costs that may apply. The Design will only begin after The First Deposit is received. The amount is IDR 2.000.000,- It takes 1 (one) week to 2 (two) week to finish the design.

3. Approve The Artwork, Sign Contract and 2nd Deposit
We will send you the "final artwork" for your review and confirmation on every detail i.e the layout, type font, spelling, grammar and punctuation before it goes for printing. You MUST check and recheck thef inal artwork before you sign it for approval. Once you have approved the final artwork, Kartureva is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any future changes or mistakes. Once your project details have been agreed, you will be provided with a Service Contract (Purchase Order) that identifies the total cost, deliverables, and time schedule for project completion. The Printing process will only begin after you approve the final artwork, sign the contract and the second payment deposit which is 70% of total billing is received.

4. Final Delivery and Payment
Printing production period will be based on the time frame as agreed in the Service Contract. Usually it takes around 4 (four) weeks to 2 (two) months for printing production. Delivery time is as per stated in the Service Contract. Full payment should be made upon delivery.
